How much does it cost to clean my home?
We offer a standard fixed rate for our regular services, with a minimum booking requirement of three hours per visit for weekly or fortnightly cleans. The final price will vary depending on the size of your property and your specific cleaning requirements. This ensures our pricing is tailored perfectly to the unique needs of your home. What about my pets?
We absolutely love animals and are a completely pet-friendly service! We are always happy to work around your friendly pets, and we safely use pet-safe, eco-friendly cleaning products to keep your home healthy for them. To make sure everyone is comfortable, we just ask that you let us know your pet’s routine, any specific boundaries they have, or if they prefer to be in a quiet room while we vacuum. Your furry family members are in great hands with us.
Are the cleaning products included?
Yes, we provide all standard cleaning products as part of our service. If you prefer us to use a specific product, we ask that you supply it at your own cost, though we are always happy to accommodate requests for eco-friendly or pet-safe alternatives. For hygiene and to prevent cross-contamination between homes, we ask to use your vacuum cleaner and mop. However, if you need us to provide these, we can bring our own equipment upon request.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We require a 50% deposit holding fee when booking your service. No cancellation fees will apply if you cancel your appointment outside of the 24-hour notice period. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled clean, the 50% holding fee will be retained as a late cancellation charge.
