Overview:
- Complete all cleaning tasks to the high standards expected by Leah & Co. Luxury Cleaning Ltd, following tailored client instructions for every property.
- Carry out detailed cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing across kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
- Treat high-end finishes, luxury furnishings, and delicate surfaces with maximum care, using the appropriate tools and premium cleaning products.
- Ensure property access keys, fobs, and security details are handled securely at all times, and that properties are properly secured upon departure.
- Promptly report any damage, broken equipment, or existing maintenance issues to the management team.
- Keep cleaning equipment clean, organized, and in good working order, notifying management when supplies need replenishing.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to reliable personal transport.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise clearly with clients and management.
- Punctual, reliable, honest, and highly organized, with a positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Physically fit and comfortable performing active, hands-on work (including bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying equipment or supplies).
- Must demonstrate high personal presentation standards, a trustworthy character, and complete discretion when working in private properties.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
